paschimottanasana Yoga Pose and Its benefits: There are cases of natural flexibility, but more often than not, when we see impressive photos of asanas, it is the result of regular practice, effort, and patience. And even when you manage to reach a certain level of flexibility, there are many reasons for a rollback in practice (even without taking into account injuries).

 

paschimottanasana Yoga:

  • through regular practice, patience and diligence, it is possible to reach the level of flexibility that you have set for yourself, and determine for yourself the limit of flexibility in one direction or another (anatomical limitations exist, but not as often as we think);
  • If you have noticed a setback in your practice, it is possible to restore your level (through the correct choice of breathing technique and adduction exercises – these will be different for everyone).

 

In this case, there was no specialized practice. The total time was approximately 6 minutes.

 

Used:

  • full yogic breathing
  • uddiyana bandha
  • adduction exercises.
